Chef De Partie / Breakfast Chefs required.
We are growing our business quickly, and we need enthusiastic people to be part of an almost entirely new team, and to drive that change.
We have a great new head chef who started in January, and has put in the groundwork to get our evening trade up and running, appealing to a whole new customer base, and now we have openings for a number of supporting roles both to grow our business and expand it.
Business wise, we took the opportunity the coronavirus lockdowns presented and expanded from 50 covers to around 80 seated indoor covers and added an outdoor roof garden with another 25. February just gone was the busiest month we have ever had! Not many businesses can say that. Growth potential is huge.
We are currently open 7 days for breakfast and lunch, and 4 days a week for evening meals. We are aiming to be open 9am-10pm 7 days a week as soon as possible.
Our kitchen is a well fitted, modern bright and airy space on the first floor and has a separate prep room (in construction at the moment) and a nice view down the main street in Llangollen.
What we ask of you as a Chef De Partie / Breakfast Chef is that you are punctual, reliable, and really care about your work.
You will be happy working alone, covering all tasks, and also great at working in a team.
Starting date can be flexible.
Pay is the market standard based on experience. It is really important to us that all staff are paid fairly for their work, and will openly discuss pay rates and reasoning in an ongoing way.
